The Cover Feature illustrates FeCo oxide nanoparticles supported on heteroatom-functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes as a bifunctional catalyst for the oxygen reduction and oxygen evolution reactions. Nitrogen and oxygen functionalization of the nanotubes allows controlling nanoparticle dispersion and localization, while optimal degree of nitrogen doping results in an enhancement of electrical conductivity, which together boost the overall catalyst′s performance
